这几天很多人在准备申请H-1B,跟大家分享一下我的经验吧，算是攒rp

(1) 本人准备月底答辩，用美国的学历申请，现在看来时间太紧张了，所以准备用国内的硕士文凭。自己也请了律师，花钱希望可以买个安心。律师说的很明白，国内本科硕士文凭都可以，但是一定要evaluate， 为保险起见，最好找USCIS承认的机构。

（2）所需要的材料，我这里有个list:Alien/beneficiary:

1.    Copies of Diploma(s) and Transcripts (official/unofficial) (if degree acquired outside of U.S. and in non-English, a certified translation is required and must be submitted to an USCIS approved agency for evaluation);
(if no Bachelor degree, submit any academic certificate with detailed resume describing all work experiences and employment certificates if possible);
2.    If in the U.S., provide evidence of current immigration status and expiration of the current status (if student status, submit copy of all I-20s in USA and Employment Authorization Card if under Practical Training; if H-1 status, submit copy of H-1 and recent pay stubs);
3.    Copy of passport (birth date/place, etc.) with US related visa stamps & any previous H-1/H4;
4.    Copy of I-94 (date of last arrival, I-94#);
5.    Present home address;
6.    Social Security Number;
7.    Resume;
8.    Copy of employment contract or job offer letter;
9.    Completed Beneficiary Information Sheet;

If apply for H-4 for family member(s), provide the above items 2-6 and Marriage Certificate for spouse or Birth Certificate for child.公司的list:

1.    company letterheads;
2.    Brochure/Company profile/Company resume;
3.    Business docs to show sufficient work & funds for the hiring might be required for Small Company;
4.    Completed Employer Information Sheet including information (See information sheet attached):
5：Company Name, address, telephone, fax number and Email or website addresses if any;
6：Federal Employer ID No;
7：Year established and number of employees;
8：Gross annual income and net annual income;
9：Title of immediate supervisor if any;
10： Name and title of person who will sign the papers;
11：Salary offered to employee;
12：Benefit;
13：College degree required for the position;
14：Job title and job duties of the employee to be hired;
15Dates for H-1B:
